Note: The programme cost is based on an economy class group excursion fare which
means all participants must depart together, the return dates are at your discretion and may be booked individually. The fare does not allow participation in any mileage based incentive schemes.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Prices: $12,990 per person, twin share from Auckland.
$2500 Single room supplement.
$9910 Land only content, no air fares included

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars with a rate of exchange in effect in October 2004 and are subject to currency fluctuations. The programme is based on current airfares which are subject to change without notice. Any increases will be passed on to participants. Group Size: The tour operations are subject to a minimum of 30 participants.

Deposit : A deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The balance of tour payment is due 90 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Charges: If you have to cancel the program for whatever reason, please advise Design a Tour in writing. In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- A $100 administration fee per booking between 60 and 90 days prior to departure.
- From 60 - 45 days prior to departure $500 per booking.
- Inside 45 days 10% of the total tour payment plus any unrecoverable costs from airlines or other suppliers.
Insurance: We most strongly recommend that you insure yourself fully for cancellation and loss of deposits, loss of baggage and medical expenses. Insurance details will be sent along with confirmation upon receipt of deposit.

Unused services: Refunds are not available for services provided and not utilised.
